Appointments

  • We see clients by booked appointment. To book, contact us:

  • Standard appointments:
    • 15 minutes for vaccinations
    • 30 minutes for consultations
    • Longer appointments may be needed for procedures like blood tests, x-rays, etc.

  • Emergency cases will be prioritized. This may delay scheduled appointments. Thank you for your patience.
  • Walk-in (non-emergency) clients will be seen based on doctor availability.
  • For a second opinion, send us all previous medical records at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
  • We will try to book your preferred veterinarian, but you may be seen by another doctor depending on availability.
  • After-hour emergencies: 24-hour service on a call-out basis (charges apply).

Patient Arrivals

  • Pets must be properly restrained inside and outside the clinic.
  • Anxious/aggressive dogs must wear a muzzle (mandatory for Dubai Municipality-listed dangerous breeds).
  • Dogs must always be on a leash.
  • Cats must arrive in an appropriate carrier.
  • If you do not have a muzzle, carrier, or leash, our team can provide one.

Surgical & Non-Surgical Procedures

  • Pets must fast for at least 12 hours before surgery (remove food no later than 8:00 PM the night before; water allowed).
  • Drop-off time: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM on the procedure day.
  • On drop-off, you must sign a surgery form (includes pet and owner details, procedure type, and blood test selection).
  • Blood tests are strongly recommended for animals over 6 years old (liver and kidney function check).
  • Pick-up time: Usually between 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM the same day (some pets may need to stay longer).
  • After surgery, feed a small meal at 6:30–7:00 PM to prevent vomiting after anesthesia.

Hospital Visiting Hours

  • Visits are encouraged as they comfort pets.
  • No visits outside clinic hours.
  • Overnight stays with pets are not allowed.
  • Visitors may not photograph/film other pets.

Visiting Hours: Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Billing & Payment

  • Payment is due at the end of each visit.
  • Accepted methods: Cash, credit/debit cards, Stripe link, bank transfer.
  • No credit facilities available.
  • Hospital stays require a deposit (AED 500–3000) depending on the procedure. Additional top-ups may be required.
  • Price estimates are not exact invoicesβ€”only a guide to expected costs.

Prescription & Medication Refills

  • We refill prescriptions during visits.
  • Recommend a 3-month supply.
  • Contact us before running out, as ordering may take time.
  • A vet examination (and possibly blood tests) is required every 6 months before continuing medication.
  • We honor prescriptions from other veterinarians if:
    • Issued within 1 month
    • Contain all necessary pet and dosage details

Medication Returns

  • We cannot refund or accept returns of dispensed medication (per Dubai Municipality regulations).
  • Medications require specific storage conditions; we cannot verify these once they leave the clinic.
  • Unused medication may be donated to a pet charity or rescue.
